Architectural Changes

Considering exterior updates? To ensure a smooth process, please submit an Architectural Request Form to info@crystalplacehoa.org HOA board before the improvements begin. This helps maintain the beauty and consistency of our community.

Why are requests/approvals necessary?

The HOA’s primary responsibility is to support the value, desirability, and quality of living within the neighborhood community. This includes promoting a cohesive neighborhood look.  Many factors go into upholding these architectural standards and regulations, thus the commitment to the approval process.  Most Architectural Requests are reviewed and responded to within seven to ten business days. However, an official review may take up to 30 calendar days from the submission date. Please plan accordingly.

Architectural request forms may be submitted via physical mail or e-mail. To expedite the review process, we kindly ask that requests be emailed.

Pool Rules

The Current Pool Rules are posted here.

Signage surrounding the pool is clearly posted to relay these rules as well. The HOA provides the pool to our residents as a place of entertainment and fun. Let's all be sure to stay safe and respectful with our neighbors sharing the pool.
